Spiced sheep organs and oatmeal in a sheep stomach. I guess old-days Scottish sheep farmers couldn't afford to waste anything they could possibly eat.

It's not scary at all! Really, it's one of those things that people think is evil without even trying it just because of how it looks and what it's made out of! It's like... food racism!

It's a sheep's heart, lungs, and liver mixed with oatmeal and a whole bunch of spices and then stuffed into a sheep's stomach and cooked. But you should try it!

Herr Wuschelig taught me how to make Wiener Schnitzel! It's made with veal and awesome! I can teach you how to make it. And then we can make him tell us how awesome we are at making it because, um, I think he's the only German around here so he's the only one who would like know if we fucked it up or not.

I've never tried haggis before. I might give it a very tiny nibble, just because I'm curious--almost scared to, but I want to see what it's like for myself. A very small portion.

You have made haggis? I will have to try this, since I had it last in a hostel in Scotland and I am not so sure it was the best quality.
